We own this lizard. His name is Harley. Harley has been acting out lately. He's been jumping around, trying to attack the dog through the glass of his tank and doing Olympic-quality nose dives off his logs. I thought it might help poor Harley if we taped a mirror onto the outside of the tank so that he'd think he had a companion. Within the first minute of the mirror being up, Harley managed to "attack" his image over and over again. Then for awhile, he laid real still and very low, maybe hoping his "companion" would go away? But everytime he lifted his head...there it was. Eventually, he resigned himself to having this other "creature" in his tank and has been laying in the same position for over an hour staring at his "companion". (And NO he's not dead!) He doesn't appear to be under any stress, so we're going to see how this goes for awhile.

The damn thing is horny! Take the morrow out and give it a little privacy and it will be all right in a couple of days. After a little privacy if you look close enough you'll probably see a satisfied smirk on it face and if it could talk it would ask you if it was good for you too!
